Online Purchases of PROTECT NOW Products
If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, follow the return directions listed below and submit a return request within 30 calendar days of purchase for a full refund, credit, or exchange, no questions asked.
For warranty issues, submit a claim from within your account at any time during the warranty period. A valid credit card is required. If required, return the original product to PROTECT NOW within sixty (60) days. Customer may be responsible for any necessary return shipping charges.
Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
For all Claims Please Email us your invoice number along with images of your item if needed. Please note if after the 30 days from date of purchase you qualify for your 1 year 1 time free replacement. If during the 30 days and item is not broken we will issue you a full refund. If broken we will issue you a credit or exchange.
Customer assumes any necessary shipping charges, or any other fees associated with the transportation of the product to our facility. Purchasing insurance on your return is encouraged as PROTECT NOW is not responsible for lost or damaged products.
